my crx and del sol are both currently off the road for repairs right now and i would love a g1 insight to daily. i dont care for the physical body at all as long as its mechanically good. clean, salvage, or no title doesnt matter to me either. im located in virginia but would definitely have no problems traveling far out for a G1. thanks for looking!

Yeah I have a friend who has done it on a few vintage motorcycles, but didn't they just change that law so that the vehicle has to reside in VT?
not that i know of! i guess i’ll find out when i send off the paperwork i suppose. theres also a method through montana but thats a bit more complex..
I've always found it to just be more trouble than its worth, but if it works that's great!

Any interest in a 2003 CVT currently in Chicago? Runs fine though IMA is mostly shot. It oddly comes back on it's own and works for a while if you reset it with fuse pull or 12v battery disconnect. It'll do better in elevation and local driving than flat Illinois highways which is what it mostly saw in my use.
