This was also a problem on my 1988 CRX HF. My seatbelt does not retract very well when I remove it. Since it's supposed to be repaired for free, I think it will be added on the "to do" list when the Insight returns to the shop.

Anyone else with this kind of seatbelt problem?

A friend had a different seatbelt problem... took about 8 weeks to obtain a new retractor (here in California). Thought I'd warn you!
