Hi Guys

So this morning I'm rolling down a very long hill with fuel cut off in full effect when the segment display re-set itself and the KM/litre shot up from the 24km i've been averaging on this tank of fuel to 34km per litre and .5km on the trip part.

How long a segment can you have before the car does this trick 450km?

I reset all the meters before filling up and trip A and B are all good.

Averaging 24km per litre since getting the tracking done including a serious hill climb each day.

The segment display shouldn't ever reset by itself, except when the battery is removed. Trip A and B persist even if the battery is removed. As you likely know, all three resettable meters roll over every 2000 miles, but the average mpg (km/l in your case) should never reset. Maybe your 12V battery died recently?

Trips are all good it was just the segment km per litres that reset. 12v battery is all new. I got a decent increase in MPG I think maybe the new disks and pads or the drum adjustment has freed up.

Getting 25.6km per litre now. Hilly route!

Car is JDM import no mpg button
