It's a good sign that they already service two Insights, at least it won't be an unknown to them (unlike the dealers near me). Make sure you get the 0W-20 oil, it does make a difference. Always a good idea to try and get tips from this Forum, it's just a shame there aren't more Australian members.

I need to find a Honda dealer service department in Melbourne that has an interest and expertise with Insights. Is there anyone who visits this site who has experience with Insight ownership in Melbourne and the performance of any service department?
