Had my passenger side mirror ripped off by a teen riding by his bike while my car was parked Sunday. Seems side mirrors don't like to fold forward.

So I called local dealers and found a side mirror to be $238 to $268 in the Seattle area. You can buy nuts or the mirror surface as parts, otherwise you need the whole thing. It also comes painted in your vehicle color.

So, if you mangle a mirror and can't find one in a junkyard, you know what to expect to pay for a new one. I wanted to figure out how to take the door off anyway.

Hi Kedge:

___This may or may not help you but I had a mirror ripped off the Previa a few years ago (wife came to close to something but she never did say what it was ???) and for a new replacement, it was something like $200 - $300 installed. The local Body shop has a system where they can purchase body parts of totaled automobiles and they found one for just $78.00, $110 installed.

___ I don’t know if this will help you out or not but it might be an option to save a few $’s?

___Good Luck
