Just wanted to post a big thank you to Niki at American Honda. My recently purchased '03 Civic Hybrid was past the warranty (93K miles) but H of A agreed to pay for half of the cost of a catalytic converter that it needed to pass emissions testing. It certainly speaks well of the company to go that extra mile for a customer and stand behind their product. Thanks Much, Niki!!!
