The ACEEE has announced that the Honda Insight has received top honors in its newest edition of the Green Book as the "Greenest Vehicles of 2006." The Insight has held the top spot on the ACEEE's list since it was first produced. Many sources are reporting that the natural gas-powered Honda Civic GX tied for first place but this is inaccurate, though it did come in second on the list. Honda executives said these rankings demonstrate the company's position of leadership in cutting emissions.
