I personnaly put 40 psi. I am assuming that you are in a snow/winter area.

In my summer tires I put 44 psi but I prefer to lower the pressure in the winter for better traction.

I second that opinion, keep them at 40 psi.

When the conditions are nasty you may drop the air pressures to 35 or 32 psi front and rear for better ice traction but only IF you are using wider then OEM tires AND driving low.

I kept my Hakka 2s at 40 psi last winter. Loved them.

I'll probably put them on tomorrow -- it snowed today.
