My Insight needs some new tires, I was reading the fourm this summer and saw the tire comparison thread, I now seemed to have lost it.

1. What Tires should I get (best for mpg)

2. I also need a set of snow tires for the winter. What should I get? Anything?

I cannot wait till there is 2 feet of snow on the ground, and I get to drive through it. :D

The Bridgestone RE92 OEM's are the ultimate MPG tire. AFAI remember Armin imported some (1 set for himself) european LRR's that are compairable.

Search on "Tire comparison test" ;)

I am speaking figuratively.....

Even a truck can hardly drive in that without haveing problems, plus if it snows 2 feet, why would I leave home.

Whats out there that I need in 2 feet of snow. :D

I'll tunnel there. :D

6-8" of snow and my Insight ain't goin nowhere! I'm lucky to get through 3-4" on the OEM RE92's. I haven't tried snow tires as I'll use my 4runner in anything more than 3-4" Insight is just too light with too little ground clearance.
