Interesting. I have to wonder at the overall economics. Cracking the H2O molecule to get elemental hydrogen is no small task energy wise. Perhaps there are other cheaper ways to get the hydrogen???

I've heard through the grape vine the fcv will only be available in the LA - northridge - area.
Just like the fcx - at least last I heard about it - Honda FCX Clarity Overview - Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle - Site
Northridge is the only area licensed for hydrogen refueling to the general public.
But that is just what I've heard.
I'll be keeping my eye out for the 30+ k gen 3 tesla slated for 2016 or so. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesla_Motors#Third_generation_car
again, forward looking statements all around.
