Hi all,

Has anyone had trouble with their transmission popping out of gear? We have a 2001 5 speed and it now refuses to stay in 2nd gear, even when going along at a pretty good clip. It is definitely not a pleasant experience when the gear shift pops out, and it's getting worse as time goes on. Anyone else had a similar experience? We're getting it looked at on Tuesday.

Yes, I have had problems with my transmission possing out of third gear. It started when I got a new (replacement) transmission and continued with the replacement of that transmission. I think it might be the shifter cable.
