Practical Classics have just done a nice piece on the Insight G1.

They bought one to try and I gave it a once over :)

Neat article. Nice to see the Gen1 get a bit of glowing but accurate publicity. Good you got a mention for your work.

Good article, they tested a citrous one years ago, and that is why I have now, it stuck in my mind as I must have one of those one day, and now I have, so much fun, brings a smile to my face every time I drive him. Incidently I have called him Jetsen so Danny thinks the same as me:)

Nice one Peter.
Practical Classics was a favourite mag back in the 80's when Jaguar mk 2's were all the rage. I ended up restoring a Daimler v8 version over a 3 year period - a huge project.
When it was finished it looked great, drove really well and did about 15mpg.
Sold it soon after!

Very cool! If anyone in the UK would be able to obtain a copy of this magazine, would you kindly inform me?
I would of course send immediate payment for the magazine, postage, and a pint on me.
I collect all printed matter on Gen 1 Insights.
Thanks for the consideration.

Wow, Peter, you're famous(er)!

And... "It is the driving equivalent of cultivating a Bonsai tree."

I never thought about it in quite that way.
