Nobody can make a member fill out their profile, but I doubt privacy is compromised by identifying their city. That's not like including your entire mailing address, e-mail, phone number, etc.
At other forums, my ability to help is limited when it's for someone of an unknown location.
This is a rule of thumb - many exceptions. I have found active members tend to have at least a semi-complete profile. Members that post just a few times and leave or troll tend to have an empty profile.
If it's easy to include a place in the profile for make of Insight, that would be helpful. For instance, 2000 5-speed Insight.
Anyway, who is afraid of at least putting their metro-area of where they live? Anyone afraid of being visited by a black helicopter and incarcerated next to Saddam? :twisted:
