Hello,

I am new to the forum (this is actually my first post), and I am interested in buying another Gen1 Insight for my girlfriend. I just purchased one and she fell in love lol, so it does have to be an automatic. I would prefer something with 200,000 or less miles, but I'd consider just about anything. Also, an Insight with a known bad battery I would consider. Looking to buy one for around 4-4.5k as I am on a budget. I live in Kentucky, however I would be willing to drive quite a ways for one. PM me for my email.

Thanks in advance,

Here's one at a slightly higher price point but close to you, Jacob. No mention of how many miles on it though:

Ray, thanks for the quick reply! That one is probably a little out of our price range, but it's still worth a shot. I'll probably give him a call! Thanks again!

HaHa. I see that now. He sure doesn't know what he is talking about but the car looks fairly clean for 175,000 miles. As long as he can show receipts from the dealer show the "IMA" battery replacement it doesn't seem like a bad deal for a CVT but it all depends on what the auction goes for.
