This is a source for a 2000 Insight owner's manual. Helm sells owner's manuals for other years also.

 

Also noticed the diagram is on a sticker on the side of the accessory swing-out door on the left lower dash.

From that diagram I could see which one was the accessory outlet fuse, and replacing it with the right micro-fuse (10amp).

 

Picked up a factory user's manual on ebay for $30. Even though the online manual is available, I always like to have one in the glove box... I get a big warm, fuzzy feeling.
