A friend of mine was trying to check blink codes via the OBDII port, but he used the wrong pins. BZZZTTT
Now the OBDII port doesn't work.
For example, he hooked up a scangauge and nothing happens.
Car seems to run, but check engine light is on.
He can't read the code, since the OBDII port doesn't work anymore.
1) Any ideas on what else may have been damaged in the process?
The ECU? (in the passengers footwell)
2) Any ideas on how else to read code if OBDII port is not working.
