Assuming that you are talking about the Gen 1, "Helms" manual is the best.
They print the factory manuals for Honda. They are about 2in. thick. They are expensive but worth if . ($60+ new)
Sometimes you can find them used on E bay.

That picture shows page 193, how to replace rear bulbs.

Insight Shop Manual



I have a 2012 never used; I'll sell it for $75. I am selling because I also have a 2010-2011 shop manual and I don't need both (my wife got me the 2012; there is no apparent difference other than the 2012 is in two volumes which make them more wieldy. I think they issue the 2012 because the specs for the wheels changed. I checked the items of interest to me (maintenance, e.g. setting valves - no difference).

I think that bikingfencer is selling a manual for the 2nd generation Honda Insight. I agree that the images you provided are probably from the 1st generation Honda Insight owners manual and not the service manual. I recommend that you buy both at Helminc.com.

 

Or look on eBay for the genuine Honda manual.
